# Safety instructions

This device is not impact resistant. Avoid dropping it from excessive heights. Should the E-Ink display break, do not touch the electrophoretic material. In case of contact with electrophoretic material, wash it off with water and soap.

This device is not waterproof. Avoid exposing it to excessive moisture (over 85%).&#x20;

The E-Ink display is sensitive to sunlight. Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight.&#x20;

This device contains a built-in Lithium-ion Polymer (“LiPo”) battery. The battery is not user replaceable. Do not attempt to remove or replace it. Do not puncture or crush the battery, and\
do not expose the device to fire or temperatures above 60 °C. Charge the device only at ambient temperatures between 0 °C and 40 °C. Improper use could cause damage to the device, overheating, fire, or injury.&#x20;
